Good questions

Before we talk.

Who is Atlas for?

Coach tour operators managing a programme of day tours, extended holidays and private group trips. Atlas connects the booking office, customer self-service and operational preparation across departures.

Can we keep our existing website?

Atlas has a public booking flow and embeddable tour links. We can look at how these fit alongside your current website, rather than making a website rebuild a prerequisite.

Can you help us move our data?

Yes. Migration is scoped around your current systems, data quality and the records you need to keep. We agree the mapping and checks before planning a cutover.

What does it cost?

Atlas is offered for a flat fee. We don’t charge an Atlas booking commission or take a percentage of your booking revenue. Your quote sets out the setup, migration, integrations and support you need. Payment provider processing charges are separate. The open-source code is available under the MIT licence.
